Guam - Marco Nelson pleaded
not guilty to various charges related to the traffic death of his 4-year-old
daughter. Nelson was driving a Toyota
Yaris and allegedly fled from police, ran through the Barrigada
Tri-Intersection colliding with another car and slamming into a concrete
pole.
His daughter was improperly restrained in the backseat and died on
impact of the crash. He was highly
intoxicated.
Nelson remains behind bars and is scheduled to appear back in
court for a criminal trial setting on December 4.
