Noamorean didn't show up to this afternoon's arraignment hearing in the
Superior Court. That's because agents
with the Criminal Investigation Division were busy re-arresting him for a
sexual assault complaint that was filed with police last year. GPD spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says
a 12-year-old girl identified Noamorean after seeing his photo in local
media.
The girl awoke to find Noamorean touching her. He was charged with burglary, assault,
criminal sexual conduct, child abuse and felonious restraint and was put back
behind bars. Noamorean was already being
held in jail for sexually assaulting and stabbing a woman he worked with in her
Sinajana home.
His arraignment for that case is scheduled for November 21.
