Guam - A Yona couple that was indicted on multiple drug possession and firearm charges are scheduled to appear back in the District Court of Guam for a status hearing on Thursday. Mae Ann and John Cruz conspired to distribute crystal methamphetamine and did so on several occasions while armed with a firearm. 

Their home, along Ramon Baza Street in Yona, was forfeited as part of the case.
