Guam - 18-year-old Giene Starks Noamoraen was indicted by a superior court grand jury this week. He is accused of sexually assaulting and stabbing a woman known to him at her Sinajana residence last month. He remains behind bars on $1 million cash bail facing charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, burglary, kidnapping, aggravated assault and unsworn falsification.

He will be arraigned on November 14 at 1pm.
