Guam - In the Decision 2012 legislative race, the Democrats retained the majority in the 32nd Guam Legislature with a strong 9-6 split. Cruz, Judi Won Pat, Tina Muna Barnes, Ben Pangelinan and Aline Yamashita.  Brant McCreadie and incumbent Rory Respicio round out the top 15.

"My first order of business is to try to be a strong member of a 15-person team. I think it's very important that we work together as a team. Our colleagues in the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, we can learn from each other, make each other better, and at the end of the day it's all about the people."

Senator Rodriguez said, "It's very rewarding and humbling to be able to make an impact on our people's lives and we are hoping to serve another term and carry out the commitment to represent the people the best I can."
