27 of 58 precincts tallied for general election

Guam - There are some major upsets in a couple of the mayoral races. In the village of Yona, Republican Ken Jo Ada has defeated long time incumbent Democrat Pedo Terlaje. In the village of Inarajan it was newcomer Dorisl Flores Lujan ousting  incumbent Republican Franklin Taitague. In other Mayoral election results in Merizo Ernest Chargualaf retains his seat after defeating Democrat Rosie Tainatongo. In Agana Heights, long time Mayor Paul McDonald retains his leadership position after beating out Democrat Jesus Delgado.

In the southern village of Agat Carol Tayama leads Democrat Bill Cundiff, while Derek Baza Hills is narrowly edging-out incumbent Vice Mayor Incumbent Agustin Quintanilla by just two votes.

In the senatorial race with 27 out of 58 precincts tabulated. Here are your top15:

In the Congressional Race Congresswoman Madeleien Bordallo has led throughout the evening. Although stateside polls show Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are neck and neck, in Guam's strawpoll it shows Obama with a commanding lead over his republican challenger.
