Guam - Any complaints of election fraud and voting rights will be addressed by the U.S. Attorney's Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney Marivic David will lead the efforts as the district election officer responsible for overseeing handling of complaints of election fraud and voting rights abuses in consultation with the U.S. Justice Department.
David will be on duty while the polls are open and can be reached at 472-7332, Extension 120. The FBI will also have special agents available to receive complaints as well. Residents can call 472-7465.
