Teen arrested for allegedly stabbing, raping woman

Guam - A man who allegedly raped and stabbed a woman in her Sinajana home was arrested early this morning. 18-year-old Giene Starks Noamoraen of Mangilao was picked up by police thanks to the Neighborhood Watch program and information that was provided to GPD's Criminal Investigation Division detectives. 

Noamoraen was arrested on charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, unsworn falsification, burglary, aggravated assault and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.

He's accused of raping a woman who returned home from work early Sunday morning.
