Guam - The Committee on Public Safety will be holding a status briefing Tuesday night to get an update on the Guam Community Police Review Commission. The committee specifically wants an update on the election of the commission's leadership, office space arrangements and lease, a budget estimate for supplies and services, policies and procedures and administrative support for the commission.
The group was established to take complaints from residents about the police department but has had difficulty without having adequate resources. The status briefing is scheduled for six o'clock Tuesday night at the Legislative Public Hearing Room.
