Guam - A convicted sex offender who was living on Guam and fled to Manila was arrested by U.S. Marshals this week. David James Hart, 56, who was convicted of a sex offense in Pennsylvania, was indicted back in February and charged with failing to register as a sex offender.

Hart pleaded guilty in February 2007 in Pennsylvania to forcible rape and relocated to Guam in April 2008. Authorities discovered Hart departed to Manila in October of last year. The Philippine Bureau of Immigration located hart and apprehended him earlier this month, and U.S. Marshals brought hart back to Guam this week.

Marshals located hart in the Philippines this week and brought him back to Guam where he pleaded not guilty.  Hart is now behind bars awaiting trial, set for December 28.
