Guam - Christian band The Katinas will be performing on Guam at New Covenant Life Church on Sunday beginning at 4pm. Campus Ministries Bradley Dunagan says the band is originally from American Samoa.

"They're very much a Christian contemporary/R&B-type of flavor. They've got over 10 albums that they've produced over the years, so the longevity and the consistency is there," he explained. The band, who also performed at the 2012 Republican National Convention, will hold an unplugged show on Monday and interact with the audience.

"This is really designed to bring an experience to the people of Guam being engaged with five brothers who have an amazing gift of music and incredible love for people and really allow us to come into their circle and really engage them while they're engaging us," said Dunagan.

Tickets are $35 and are available at Faith Bookstore and all Jamaican Grill locations. You can also buy at the door. Proceeds will benefit The Katinas Missions Group.
