Guam - The Department of Public Works officially launched its Traffic Safety Campaign today by launching the first of 18 new traffic safety signs encouraging residents to buckle up. DPW director Joanne Brown says residents are reminded to wear a seat belt every time they get into a car and make sure their children are in proper child restraint seating.
The symbol on the signs is very simple and a reminder just in case you forget. Taking a few seconds to buckle up could just save your life.
