by Mindy Aguon

Guam - The Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol Division is still investigating the island's latest traffic fatality.  The crash happened on Route 3 near Okkodo High School just before six o'clock Saturday morning.  Police say a woman was driving a 1999 gold Ford Taurus when she lost control and crashed into a concrete pole.

The driver managed to escape serious injury but her passenger, 22-year-old Narinta Lee, was killed.  Traffic investigators confirm they found alcohol inside the vehicle.  No arrests have been made yet.  Lee's death marks the 12th traffic-related fatality this year to date.
