Guam - Jurors who have been listening to testimony presented in the re-trial of Mark Angoco are expected to begin deliberations this week. The prosecution says closing arguments are scheduled for Monday afternoon, as jury instructions were read last Friday.
Angoco is being re-tried for the 1994 murder of Darwin Datuin. He was originally convicted by it was overturned by Guam's Supreme Court due to ineffective counsel.
Angoco faces a single charge of aggravated murder as a 1st degree felony.
