Guam - Thursday was Day 3 of the re-trial for Mark Angoco, who faces charges of aggravated murder for the 1994 death of Darwin Datuin. Datuin's friend Steve Hardy took the stand, retelling the chain of events that led up to Datuin's disappearance and death.
The witness told the prosecution the first night Datuin did not come home was the same night a man who identified himself as "Mark" came knocking on the door asking for Datuin. Hardy testified that he filed the missing persons report after several days of not seeing Datuin, and finding Datuin's home in complete disarray. Trial continues tomorrow morning.
