Guam - The District Court has agreed to delay an evidentiary hearing on motions to suppress filed by Wai Kam Ho and Jennie Pau. A hearing was scheduled to be held this week but was continued until November 1.
A hearing on a motion to dismiss was continued until December 12.
In the meantime, Ho has returned to Guam and is scheduled to appear in court on the 29th as the federal government has moved to have his pre-trial release revoked.
Ho, Pau, Jimmy Hsieh and William Perez are accused of illegal gambling and money laundering.
