Guam - A 48-year-old woman who pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute more than five grams of methamphetamine was sentenced to five years in prison in the District Court this morning. Tina Marie Silva was arrested last year after sending approximately 100 gross grams of crystal meth divided into 24 individual packets from California to Guam. Authorities executed a search warrant at a Yigo residence where postal inspectors found various drug paraphernalia, packaging material and small amounts of marijuana and Ice. Silva will also serve four years supervised release once completing her prison sentence.
