Guam - A vendor was delivering more than just food Wednesday afternoon to the Department of Corrections in Mangilao. According to DOC Spokesperson Jeff Limo J.J. International employees Promise Airam and Herickson Ruben were arrested on multiple charges including promoting prison contraband, possession of a scheduled I controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver.
