Guam - The bid process is now closed for the Attorney General's office space. According to AG spokesperson Carlina Charfauros, the General Services Agency conducted and initial review of the submitted bids to determine if all required documents were included. The AG's office will begin evaluating all completed bid packets. The Department of Public Works recommended all employees move out Pedro's plaza after the landlord failed to hire a certified engineer to inspect the building. For years employees heard snapping noises coming from inside the walls of the facility. Charfauros declined to release how many bids were submitted at this time. She adds those who meet the qualifications will proceed into phase 2. The lowest bidder will be awarded the 5 year office building contract.
