Guam - A Dededo man accused of shooting an airman in July was back in court this morning. Gordon Lee Wright faces charges of attempted murder after he allegedly shot Airman Daniel Crane in the shoulder on Kayen Komplimento Street. The airman was recovering at Tripler Medical Center in Hawaii, but his current condition is unknown at this time.

Wright pleaded not guilty to the charges and remains behind bars on a half-million cash bail. The court today ordered the prosecution turn over its 128 pages of discovery to defense Attorney David Lujan's office by end of business day Thursday. The defense is also awaiting any police reports of the alleged shooting.

Wright will return to court on October 16 at 9am.
