Guam - The procurement process is underway at the General Services Agency to find the Office of the Attorney General a new home. Public Works recommended the AG's staff move out of the facility after the landlord failed to hire a certified engineer to inspect Pedro's Plaza.
In recent years, employees have reported hearing snapping noises from inside the walls of the Hagatna building. According to the bid, the AG's Office is looking for approximately 35,500 rentable square feet of office space.
All bid packets must be submitted to the GSA no later than September 21st at 2pm.
