Guam - All three defendants in the attempted murder and aggravated assault case of Cameron Masnayon will have to wait another month to find out when they will go to trial. Daniel and Michael Rosal, Jr. and William San Nicolas are being charged for their alleged part in beating Masnayon back in March.

Assistant Attorney General Gerald Henderson told the court today that as of September 11, Masnayon was transferred to the outpatient therapy treatment, which is a six-week program. He says they will get another update from doctors in California in four weeks as to what the next step for Masnayon will be following this treatment.

Defense Attorney Randy Cunliffe continued to push the argument that his client, San Nicolas' speedy trial right is being violated, as he says the victim is not necessary to proceed with trial. Judge Arthur Barcinas continued the status hearing for October 5 at 2pm.
