Guam - A Jose Rios Middle School teacher was arrested, accused of child abuse and official misconduct for an incident that occurred in 2007 involving a student. He was also charged with stalking and family violence for another incident that occurred in 2009 involving a woman he knows.
The 54-year-old was booked and confined.
KUAM News sources indicated he has since been removed from the classroom and is assigned to DOE's Central Office pending the outcome of the case and the department's internal investigation.
