Guam - In youth football
news the Guam National Youth Football Federation will now be called the Triple
J Ford Youth Football League. Triple J announced that they would now be the
official sponsor of the league for the 2012 and 2013 seasons.
The GNYFF, a non-profit organization, officially established on
March 17, 2009, is now in its fourth season and has grown from a four-team
league with 600 players and 100 cheerleaders to an eight-team league with over
1,000 football players and 200 cheerleaders. The league is committed to
providing the youth of Guam an enhanced football experience for its players and
cheerleaders while promoting physical fitness and teaching lifelong lessons
such as teamwork, commitment, dedication, hard work, camaraderie, respect and
sportsmanship.
Its vision is to develop a sustainable youth football program that
will encourage progressive development of the youths of Guam,
showcasing their talents and preparing them for the next level of football at
the high school and collegiate levels and beyond.
