Guam - In girl's high school volleyball the Simon Sanchez Sharks
took the trip up to Harmon to take on the St.
John's Knights at home. The Lady Sharks made the trip
a successful one by coming out with the 3 set win, 25-19, 24-26, 25-20. The
defending champs showed their composure and pulled through as a team to hold on
for the tough win.
In other matches the George Washington Gecko's earned the 2-set
win over the Notre Dame Royals on the road, 25-7, 25-11 while the Harvest
Eagles beat out the St. Paul Warriors in another 2-set match up 25-8, 25-19.
