Primary had 43% voter turnout

Guam - Votes from all 58 of the island's precincts have been tallied at Election Central at the University of Guam in Mangilao, with the final batch of updates coming in slightly before 4:30 Sunday morning, about eight and a half hours after the polls closed. The Guam Election Commission reports that 21,320 residents participated in Saturday's primary for Decision 2012, equating to 43% voter turnout.

Of the legitimate ballots cast, 11,573 were Democrat, 7,266 were Republican and 88 were Independent.
