Guam - 23 of 58 precincts have now been counted with incumbent congressional delegate Madeleine Bordallo enjoying a sizable lead over first-time candidate Karlo Dizon. In the senatorial races, incumbent Dennis Rodriguez, Jr. has taken the top position over all Democrats, while sitting policymaker Tony Ada has a slight lead over newcomers Tommy Morrison and Mike Limtiaco.
