Guam - In-office voting is still underway at the Guam Election Commission - this is specifically for individuals with disabilities, for people who may be going off island and those who have a schedule or work conflict that prohibits you from voting on Saturday. In-office voting is available at the Guam Election Commission until eight pm tonight and eight o'clock tomorrow evening.

According to GEC executive director Maria Pangelinan the GEC is bustling with activity. "Also going on as we speak is homebound our staffers are going out to homes with people that are homebound and homebound is going on so besides all that and checking the post office for ballots that are coming in , that's what's going on right now on Friday on top of all that on Friday we will have  a test election that will be at 6 o'clock at the field house our tabulators will be set up we will have manual tabulators up there to practice or to just get familiar with the process as you may know the partisan ballots will be counted with the machines the non partisan ballots will be hand counted ," she said.
