Guam - The Moylan's ODC Braves are now four-time defending BBL baseball champions. After facing elimination in Game 6, the Braves were able to force a Game 7 last night and won the ballgame in stunning fashion.
Down 3-2 in the bottom of the 9th the Braves rallied to score 2 runs to take the title making history as the first team in the BBL to win 4 consecutive titles. Glenn Fernandez provided the stick when the Braves needed it most. Fernandez ripped a shot to left center that was just short of going over the wall for a homerun.
The hit brought home Tony Doyle and John Salas for the game winning 2-run double.
