Braves/Islanders heading to Game 7

Guam - The Moylan's ODC Braves force game 7 against the AK Islanders in this year's BBL Baseball Championship Series. The Braves earned the 10-5 over the Islanders last night at the Paseo Stadium.

The defending champs entered the game down 3-2 in the series and opened the game up scoring 3 runs off 1 hit and an error to get the game started. In the bottom of the 2nd AK managed to tie the game at 3 behind 2 hits and an error. The Braves took the lead back in the top of the 3rd putting up 5 runs off 6 hits. AK chipped into the lead bringing home a run in the bottom of the inning and scored another run in the 4th. The Braves added insurance runs in the 5th and 8th inning to take the game.

Winning pither was Jerome Andrews, the loss went to Joe Pangelinan. For the Braves John Salas 3-5 scored run, TJ Sarmiento 2-4, scored run, 1 rbi. AK'S Keith Hattig 2-4, 1 rbi. John Quintinilla 1-2, scored 2 runs. Game 7 is set for tomorrow night at 7:00 pm at the Paseo Stadium.
