Guam - Since
Homeland Security granted parole authority for Russia, Guam has seen a more
than 1,000% increase in visitor arrivals this past February from the country in
comparison to last year. February was
the first full month that Russian tourists were allowed to travel here visa-free.
A delegation
from the Guam Visitors Bureau as well as Tourism Committee chairperson Senator
Tina Muna Barnes, meanwhile, recently traveled to the country for the Moscow
International Travel and Tourism Fair where they promoted the territory.
