Guam - A contracted custodian with the Department of Education facing multiple charges of criminal sexual conduct was in court this morning. 72-year-old Alfredo Nicolas, Jr., who was a custodian under Advance Management, Inc., was placed behind bars in January after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 5-year-old student at Liguan Elementary School.
Nicolas allegedly reached inside the victim's pants and rubbed the boy's genitals. He has since been terminated from AMI.
Nicolas will now find out when he goes to trial on April 23.
