Guam - Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration representatives are on Guam this week to administer training. SAMHSA administrator Pamela Hyde and principal deputy administrator Kana Enomoto are on island to launch the master trainer development program for pacific jurisdictions.
The program is an initiative developed by SAMHSA to prepare trainers and instructors in the Pacific who will provide behavioral health training and education. The weeklong training begins Monday.
