Guam - 31 year old Ryan
Jude Alcantara was arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching a girl who
was only 13 years old at the time. According to Superior court documents, the
teen reported to her high school that in July 2010 she awoke to Alcantara
allegedly rubbing and squeezing her butt before placing his hands inside her
shorts and panties. The female minor ran out of fear and locked herself in
another room. Alcantara was booked and confined on charges of second degree
criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony and child abuse as a misdemeanor.
