Guam - Police located a man
who is accused of sexually molesting a female minor back in December 2011.
According to court documents, 38 year old Enrique Tobas Ngiratechekii carried
the13 year old girl to the living room couch where he allegedly fondled her
breast. Documents state although the case was reported immediately to police,
authorities were only able to locate Ngiratechekii recently. He is accused of
intentionally touching the minor inappropriately because he was drunk. He faces
charges of second degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony and
child abuse.
