Guam - Three people have
been indicted on federal charges, accused of going on a spending spree with
stolen credit card numbers. Lucille LeFever, Ramond Taison Cruz, and Tanya Lynn
Manibusan face multiple counts of wire fraud, access device fraud, aggravated
identity theft and conspiracy.
The three allegedly used the stolen credit card numbers for
at least a year for dozens of transactions. According to the indictment that
was handed down today, LeFever, Cruz and Manibusan allegedly racked up more
than $22,000 worth of goods and services at the Guam Power Authority, Napa Auto
Parts, and The Sandcastle. The indictment shows that charges were made at GPA on
an almost weekly basis from August 2010 until last March.
The three are scheduled to answer to the charges during an
arraignment set for March 2.
