Guam - Students in Guam and the Micronesia region can now receive a Master's of Education with A Specialization in Reading degree online from the University of Guam. The program, which was approved by the Senior Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges in August 2011, guarantees the same rigor and academic quality as a traditional face-to- face degree program, while accommodating the schedule of a busy professional.
