Guam - A bill that would ban the use of cell phones
while driving your car passed by a majority vote of your senators. Bill 397
along with several other measures now head to Adelup for Governor Eddie Calvo
to review.

breakdown of some of the bills passed during today's legislative session:

dependent children survivor annuities.
