Guam - Personal Finance Center
announced its second annual Pancakes for Charity
fundraising event set for next month hoping to raise funds for non-profit
organizations on Guam. PFC president and chief
executive officer Michael Camacho hopes to raise at least $5,000 for each of
this year's chosen organizations - the Guam Chapter of the Make-A-Wish
Foundation and the Cantate' Community Chorus.
He said, "So please join us and bring your families - the
chef is really excited about preparing all the different varieties throughout
the world of pancakes and your donations basically, all ticket sales will go to
these fine two organizations, Cantate and Make-A-Wish."
Pancakes for Charity is set for Sunday, March 25 from 8am to
noon at the Sheraton Laguna Resort poolside. Tickets are $25 for adults ages 13
and older, $15 for children and free for kids three and under. Attendees of the
event will be able to taste a variety of pancake dishes to include some
international flavors along with a full buffet of food.
Tickets are available at PFC locations in Tamuning and Dededo.
