Jury finds Alvin San Nicolas guilty of CSC

Guam - A Superior Court jury has returned a verdict in the case of Alvin San Nicolas. The Chalan Pago man was arrested in 2010, accused of sexually abusing a minor girl while her mother was deployed off-island.

After a jury trial, jurors returned with the verdict this afternoon finding him guilty of the criminal sexual conduct charges.
