Guam - Senators began their February session this morning. Today they discussed several measures including legislation to abolish the Office of the Adequate Education Suruhanu as well as Bill 276, which requires public health to conduct a feasibility study on providing after-hour urgent care services and Bill 397 which would restrict the use of cell phones while driving.

Session resumes at two o'clock Tuesday.
