Guam - More than a month overdue, five school resource officers started their assignments at the island's public high schools today. They had to wait until the judiciary and department of education approved a memorandum of understanding outlining the SRO duties and responsibilities, including to enhance a safe atmosphere in schools and foster positive relationships with students.
