Guam - Harmony and Communication, Nexus C&D and Nanum Consulting Corporation broke ground this afternoon for 160 new energy efficient steel frame construction home model units in Yigo. The project will provide a design reinforced cement board along with Samsung Electronics incorporating inverted air conditioning systems and water units in the home.

Nanum chief operations officer Thomas Son told KUAM News, "Governor Calvo he emphasizes on the American dream, and I think this is good opportunity for the people of Guam, affordable and also able to get federal help and federal assistance through GHURA."

He adds the affordable homes will range from $36,000 and above and should take about less than two months to fully construct the homes.
