Guam - Island lawmakers will convene in session on Monday. Among
the 19 items on the agenda is Bill 158 to establish an urgent care center for
outpatient medical services within the Guam Memorial Hospital; Bill 397 that
would restrict the use of cell phones while driving, several rezoning bills; and
Bill 400 that would allow the deliberations and voting of the Guam Parole Board
to be done in secret.
Session is
scheduled to begin on Monday morning at 9pm and last a week.
