Guam - A former member of the federal management team spent
the night in jail after he was arrested for driving under the influence of
alcohol. According to court documents, Joseph James Casey was arrested by
police after he failed a standardized field sobriety test and refused to have
his blood alcohol content taken.
Casey recently
resigned from his post at the federal management team due to medical
issues. It was also around the same time
others were seeking his removal for alleged racial and verbal abuse of staff
and mental health consumers.
