Guam - The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority has $1.1 million in grant funding to help the agency improve services and facilities. HUD awarded the grant through the Capital Fund Program that provides financial assistance for public housing agencies throughout the nation for capital and management activities including modernization and development of public housing.
