Guam - 58-year-old Armando Sanchez Diaz was arrested for alleged sexual conduct on a 10-year-old girl. According to court documents, the victim was washing dishes when Diaz approached her from behind and allegedly touched her genitals, while stating, "wow, you're a big girl already." Documents state, Diaz then allegedly pulled the minor onto his lap again cupping her genitals with his hands. He told police he never touched the girl in a sexual manner. He was booked and confined on charges of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony.
