Election bills go up for public hearing

Guam - A pair of bills dealing with Guam elections went up for a public hearing this afternoon, including Bill 404, which sets requirements for independent candidates to be placed on the general election ballot without having to go through the primary which is typically set for parties to select their respective candidates.
