Guam - A white, crystal like substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine was discovered inside a count and draw baby toy. Law enforcement authorities made the discovery after opening a package sent from Vancouver, Washington that was addressed to "Baby Andrea" on Dugdug Court in Liguan Terrace in Dededo.

The search warrant was returned to the District Court listing the items found inside the package but no one has been charged in connection with the case. Another parcel addressed to a different residence on the same street but addressed to Erika Cruz was found to contain a white substance that was concealed in a whey protein container.
