Guam - Friday is the deadline for parties in the amended permanent injunction case to come up with names of potential receivers and submit the resumes to the District Court. The plaintiffs, through their attorneys, have asked the court to remove the federal management team and appoint a receiver as they believe the FMT has been ineffective and has not contributed to the government's compliance with the permanent injunction to provide services to individuals with disabilities.
District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall ordered the parties to submit and resumes of potential receivers for her to review.
